IMPORTANT SESSION POLICIES / TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment & Scheduling
- Sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking to reserve your scheduled time.
- Bundle rates must be paid in full at the time of purchase to receive the bundled discount.
- Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 business hours’ advance notice to avoid forfeiting your session. Refer to your confirmation email for instructions on how to reschedule.
- Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of three times and expire six months from the date of purchase.
- Cancellations, missed appointments, and schedule changes made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in forfeiture of the session and session fee.
- All purchases are non-refundable.
- U.S. clients: A Print Kit will be mailed via USPS to your U.S. shipping address for an additional $15 USD. Please allow at least 7 days for delivery.
- Clients outside the U.S.: You will receive a list of the necessary materials to obtain locally, along with instructions for creating and submitting your prints.
Session Timing
Your session begins promptly at the scheduled start time and will end 45, 60, 75, or 90 minutes later, depending on the session you have booked.
Please allow yourself enough time to arrive, park, use the restroom, or get connected to Zoom before your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled session time.
Hand Analysis Print Kits
If you are registering for a Hand Analysis and did not receive a Print Kit in person:
- U.S. clients: A Print Kit will be mailed via USPS to your U.S. shipping address for an additional $15 USD. Please allow at least 7 days for delivery.
- Clients outside the U.S.: You will receive a list of the necessary materials to obtain locally, along with instructions for creating and submitting your prints.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your scanned prints are emailed at least 3 business days before your scheduled session so there is adequate time to prepare for your reading.
